  • Are you a young adult looking for a place to belong? Then this is the perfect group for you. We are the Snyders, we lead the young adults ministry here at Heritage church. Our HC Group will be meeting at the same location as HC Young Adults. We meet every other Thursday Starting on October 10th. We love Coffee, Sports, and Jesus. Please come expecting to converse about all three!
